Look en blanco y negro

El pasado sábado tuve la oportunidad de asistir en el Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Málaga a la inauguración de la exposición de la artista de performance Marina Abramović, la primera en un museo español en los últimos 10 años. Conocer a esta artista contemporánea, que me tocó el corazón cuando en 2012 asistí en el Teatro Real de Madrid a Vida y Muerte de Marina Abramović, y poder interactuar con su obra me hace sentir una privilegiada.

Para esa tarde, elegí el look en blanco y negro que os muestro en las fotos. Como podéis ver, esta primavera se llevan los fuertes contrastes de color, especialmente, la mezcla en el mismo look de blanco y negro. Romper el total black con blanco nunca ha sido tan trendy como esta temporada. Y, por supuesto, también al contrario: el total white necesita romperse con negro para que el look sea el más actual…haz la prueba!!!

Last Saturday, at the Málaga CAC —the Contemporary Art Centre—, I had the chance to assist to the opening of the performance artist Marina Abramović exhibition, the first one in a Spanish museum for the last 10 years. To meet this contemporary artist, who touched me deep inside since I watched her theatrical production, The Life and Death of Marina Abramović, at the Madrid Royal Theatre in 2012, and to interact with her work make me feel quite privileged.

For that occasion, I chose the black and white outfit I’m showing you now. As you can see, this spring the sharp contrast of colors and, remarkably, the mix of white and black in the very same look is the absolute trend. So, a black color break by some white garment has never been so trendy than this spring season. And, on the contrary, indeed: a total white outfit needs to be broken with some black for the look to be hotter…do the try!!!
