Cuando hablamos de una prenda icónica e imprescindible en cualquier armario, sin duda la primera que nos viene a la cabeza son los jeans. Yo no podría imaginarme la vida sin ellos, son tan versátiles…Me encanta la tendencia actual de llevarlos en versión “frayed jeans” o “ripped jeans” (dependiendo del grado de desgaste, destrozo o rotura de su famoso tejido denim). Yo considero que podemos llevar perfectamente vaqueros rotos las mujeres que ya no somos veinteañeras, eso sí, siempre con stilettos o botines de tacón; también con bailarinas, slippers, mocasines o incluso sneakers siempre que estén impecables!!!! Si no, el look final, en vez de trendy y chic, resultaría desaliñado y nada cool.
En el look que os muestro hoy llevo unos “frayed jeans” negros. Los combino con una camiseta con print de fotos que “cuido” desde hace años y con una chaqueta negra que, como es muy corta, no roba protagonismo a la camiseta.
El bolso con el que remato este conjunto es el icónico baguette de Fendi que sigue reinventándose año tras año a pesar de haber cumplido los diecisiete.

When we talk about iconic and essential clothing, the first thing it springs to mind is “jeans”. I can’t even imagine a life without them. They are so versatile… I love the actual trend of wearing them on the “frayed” or “ripped jeans” version —depending on how wasted, broke or spoiled the denim fabric could be. I do consider that women not in our twenties could wear frayed or even ripped jeans, as long as we pair them with stilettos or high heels booties; or ballerinas, slippers, moccasins or even sneakers, as long as they are in spotless condition!!! If not, the final outfit becomes grubby and uncool, instead of trendy and chic.
In the todays outfit, I wear some black “frayed jeans” which I pair with a print cotton t-shirt that I have been looking after for so long and a black jacket short enough to not steal any leading role to the t-shirt.
The purse I’m finishing the outfit with is the iconic Fendi baguette which is still reinventing itself through the years, since the day it was created, 17 years ago.
